14 days on stocked items
Unused and in its packaging, you cover return shipping. Made-to-order items are final sale.
Our mistake is on us
Defective, damaged, or wrong item? We repair, replace, or refund.
12-month workmanship warranty
On our fabrication and hardware — because we stand behind the build.
Which rule applies is written on every product page. Anything marked in stock comes off our shelf and can come back. Anything marked made to order is cut and folded for your order specifically, so it is final sale.
Stocked items — 14 days
Changed your mind? Email sale@bearsmotorsport.com within 14 days of delivery and send it back unused and in its packaging. You cover the return shipping; we refund the item to your original payment method once it arrives and we have checked it over.
Made-to-order items — final sale
Built by hand to your spec, so there is no shelf to put them back on. That covers custom sizes, team orders, trailer fit-outs and helmet paint. We would much rather answer your questions before you order than have you stuck with the wrong part — ask us anything.
If something’s wrong, that’s on us
This applies to everything, stocked or custom. If your order shows up defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, email sale@bearsmotorsport.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and we’ll make it right — repair, replace, or refund, our cost either way. For freight, inspect the package before you sign and flag any damage with the carrier the same day. None of this affects your rights under applicable warranty or consumer-protection law.
