We build race trailers

Race trailers, built to order

We manufacture the trailer and fit it out ourselves in Napa — four chassis, then the interior gets drawn around your karts, your tire count and the way your crew actually works on a Sunday morning.

The lineup

Four platforms, no fixed packages

Every trailer starts from one of four chassis, then gets built around your paddock routine. The prices below are starting points for the standard fit-out — nothing here is a package you have to accept whole.

These four are the builds we turn out most often. The shop also builds 20 ft and 28 ft on the same chassis — pick any length in the configurator and the price and shop time follow.

Choosing

How people actually decide

Almost everyone arrives asking about length, and length is rarely the real question. The question is whether you load and go or whether you work out of it.

If the trailer is transport — karts in on Friday, karts out on Sunday, all the real work happens at home — the BM-16 is enough, and the money is better spent on the karts.

If you change gearing between sessions, rebuild a carburetor in the paddock, or have two people trying to do different jobs at the same time, you need standing room and a bench, and that starts at the BM-24.

Not sure which one?

Spec it yourself in the configurator and watch the price move, or tell us how you race and we’ll come back within a business day with a layout drawing and a fixed price.
