BM-24 Circuit

Four bays, eight tire positions, a proper tool wall with a vice and an engine bench wired for power. This is the trailer we build most often, and the one we race out of ourselves.

// The one most teams end up with

Four bays, a real bench,
and a tool wall where you'd reach for it.

If there is a default answer at Bears, this is it. Twenty-four feet is the point at which a race trailer stops being storage and becomes a workshop: you can have a kart on a stand, an engine on the bench and a second driver changing tires, all at the same time, without anybody standing in anybody else's way.

The layout came out of our own weekends. The tool wall is opposite the side door so you are not walking around a kart to reach a socket. The bench sits at engine height rather than counter height. The fuel station vents outboard so it passes tech without an argument. None of that is exotic — it is just what you build when you have lost twenty minutes to a bad layout enough times.

Best for

A three or four kart program with one or two mechanics that preps between sessions rather than just loading and going.

BM-32 Paddock

If you are running a team rather than a family — six karts, paid staff, driver briefings, somewhere to sit in the afternoon heat — the gooseneck is the next honest step.
