We don’t build
the box.
We build what goes in it.

A small fit-out shop in Napa, California. The shell comes from a factory that has made them for decades and makes them well. What a factory cannot know is what a karting weekend actually needs. That part is ours.

// Why Bears

Four reasons people
skip the big factories

01 / SPECIALISTS

Built by karting people

We race out of our own trailers. Kart stands at the right height, an engine bench that fits a KA100, fuel storage that passes tech, tire racks that don't rattle loose at 70 mph.

02 / SPEED

about a week, not 6 months

Fitting out a shell is days of work, not months. The wait everyone else quotes is queue time, not build time. We hold a fixed number of slots, and yours occupies a bay until it rolls out.

03 / LOCATION

Napa, California

Drive in, walk the floor, spec it standing next to the frame. Everything is welded, wired and finished under one roof — with warranty work handled by the same hands that built it.

04 / VALUE

You see what each part costs

Nothing is bundled. Good plywood, good hardware and real hours cost us less than a middleman costs you — so the spec goes up and the price comes down.

// The lineup

Four platforms.
Infinite fit-outs.

Every trailer starts from one of four chassis, then gets built around your paddock routine. Prices shown are starting points for the standard fit-out.

// Production schedule

What we do
with your week

This is the sequence once your shell lands in Napa. One trailer per bay, and nothing else moves into that bay until it rolls out.

// Getting it to you

We deliver it ourselves.
$1 a mile.

No brokers, no carriers, no transport company you have never spoken to. One of the five of us hitches your trailer to our truck and drives it to your door — at what we believe is the cheapest delivery rate in the country.

FreeAnywhere inside 100 miles of the shop — the Bay Area, Sacramento, Sonoma, Stockton.
$1 / miBeyond that, one way. No fuel surcharge, no brokerage, no seasonal pricing.
ZeroThird parties. The person who wired your trailer is the person who hands you the keys.
