build slot

Two slots left for August 2026. Tell us how you race and we come back within one business day with a layout drawing and a fixed price.

Visit the shop

Napa, California — an hour north of San Francisco. Weekdays, and please call ahead so somebody is free to walk you round rather than mid-weld.

Layout drawings and fixed prices go out within one business day.

Or we bring it to you

We deliver every trailer ourselves — no brokers, no carriers. Free inside 100 miles of the shop, then $1 a road mile. Tell us your town and the delivery price comes back with the quote.

Tell us how
you race.

Send us your karts, your tire count, how many people travel with you, and whether you need to sleep in it. We’ll come back within one business day with a layout drawing and a fixed price — no configurator games, no “call for pricing”.

Four steps
from here

01 / SAME DAY

We read it properly

Somebody who builds trailers reads your message, not a sales desk. If something in it does not add up, we ask before quoting.

02 / ONE BUSINESS DAY

Drawing and price

A layout drawing and a fixed price come back to you. No configurator games, no ranges, no “starting from”.

03 / AS LONG AS IT TAKES

We move things around

Change the drawing as many times as you like. It costs nothing until we cut, and this is the stage where the trailer is actually made good.

04 / DAYS NOT MONTHS

Slot, build, keys

You take a slot with a deposit, the drawing locks, and a week or so later you walk the finished trailer with us in Napa.

Quick answers

We drive it to you. Not a broker, not a carrier — one of the five of us, in our own truck, doing the same handover walk-through in your driveway that you would have got in the shop. Free inside 100 miles of Napa, $1 a road mile beyond that, one way. Collecting in person is always an option too.

There isn’t one, but there is a condition: the drawing has to be locked. Most of what makes a build slow at a large manufacturer is queue time and mid-build changes. We front-load every decision into days one and two, then nothing moves. If you want to change the layout on day nine we’ll do it — it just adds days, and we tell you exactly how many before you decide.

Because most of what you pay a national brand isn’t material. It’s the dealer’s margin, the showroom, the advertising budget, and the finished units depreciating on a lot. We have none of that. Our costs are aluminum, marine birch, axles and hours — bought at the same prices everyone else pays.

It comes back to Napa, to the same five people. Five-year structural warranty, two years on components. You also leave with the full wiring schematic on day one, so any competent shop can work on it if you’re a long way from California.

We’d prefer it. We’re an hour north of San Francisco. Walk the floor, look at a frame mid-build, sit in a finished trailer and decide whether the bench is where you’d want it. Most people change two or three things after standing in one, and that’s exactly the point.
