Five people.
Two of them race.

Bears Motorsport is a karting team before it is anything else. We started fitting out trailers because we could not buy one that made sense, and the people who spec yours are the ones loading a kart at seven in the morning.

// What a team this size can promise

Four things we will
not get wrong

None of this is impressive at scale. At five people it is simply how the work gets done, and it is the reason we have no interest in being bigger.

01 / STANDARD

Finished, not nearly finished

Every build goes through the same sign-off before it leaves the bay: every fastener torqued, every circuit put under load, every door, ramp and latch cycled. Nothing leaves Napa that one of us would not tow to a race that weekend.

02 / EXPERIENCE

We already made the mistakes

A tyre rack that worked itself loose on the interstate. A shore inlet on the wrong side of the trailer. Problems that only surface at eight on a Sunday morning. Your build starts from the version that survived all of it.

03 / SPEED

Days in a bay, not months in a queue

Fitting out a shell is about a week of work. The six months everyone else quotes is their backlog, not their build. We hold a fixed number of slots, so from day one yours is a trailer in a bay rather than a line on a list.

04 / DELIVERY

We drive it to you for a dollar a mile

We never hand a finished trailer to a broker or a carrier. One of us tows it to you and does the walk-through in your driveway. Free inside a hundred miles of the shop, a dollar a road mile after that — the cheapest delivery we have seen anywhere in the country.

// Who we are

A karting team
that builds trailers

Not a manufacturer that discovered motorsport as a market. The order matters, and it shows up in the details.

There are five of us. Two are active drivers, competing in SKUSA and ROK Cup — which means two of the five spend their weekends doing exactly what your trailer has to support. The other three cover fabrication, electrical and running the shop.

That is the whole company. Nobody here has a sales title. When you call, you get somebody who has either welded a rack that week or driven a race that month, and usually both.

Why five is the point

A bigger operation would need a second shift, a sales desk and a marketing budget, and all three would end up in your invoice. Staying at five is what lets us price the fit-out honestly and turn a trailer around in days rather than weeks.

It also means we are genuinely limited. We take a fixed number of build slots each month and we will tell you the real date on the first call rather than after the deposit.

Where the specifications
come from

Everything we fit into a trailer was decided by something that went wrong at a race meeting. These are the weekends that wrote the build sheet.

Two of the five race competitively. The stand heights in our trailers are set to what a back can take on a Sunday, because we are the ones lifting.

Twenty minutes between sessions is the constraint everything is designed around. If a tool is behind another tool, the layout is wrong.

You can go and look
at the work

A trailer is a lot of money to hand over on the strength of a website. Every claim on this page is attached to something you can walk up to and open — including the one we drive to your door.

01

At the race

We are in the paddock at SKUSA and ROK Cup rounds on the West Coast, running out of our own trailer. Tell us which round you are at and we will tell you where we are parked — open the doors, pull the ramp, ask the awkward questions with the thing in front of you.

02

In the shop

Napa, any weekday. There are three bays and there is usually a trailer in each stage — a bare shell, one halfway through wiring, one being signed off. Walk the floor, look at the joints nobody photographs, and spec yours standing next to a real one.

Drop in — no appointment needed
03

On your own build

Once yours is in a bay you get photographs at every stage, from the shell arriving to the last circuit tested. If something changes, you hear it from us the day it changes rather than at handover.

Inside 100 miles Free, no conditions

The Bay Area, Sacramento, Sonoma, Stockton and everything between. We tow it to you and do the full walk-through in your driveway at no charge.

Beyond that $1 a road mile

One way, counted from the shop. Los Angeles is $330. Las Vegas is $470. No fuel surcharge, no brokerage, no seasonal pricing on top.

Who drives it One of us. Always.

We do not use transport companies, brokers or carriers at any distance. Your trailer is towed by somebody who spent the week building it.

Or at the track Handed over in the paddock

If we are racing the same weekend as you, we bring your trailer with us and give you the keys there — loaded, tested and ready to work.
